Her unwavering dedication, exceptional talent, and remarkable achievements serve as an inspiration to aspiring artists everywhere.

I Vid. Bhoomika Marathe, am incredibly grateful for the opportunity of learning Bharathanatyam for over two decades under the expert guidance of my esteemed Guru, Vid. Smt. Roopashree Madhusudan. It has been an enriching and transformative journey that has taught me not just the art of dance, but also valuable life lessons that I will carry with me forever. Alongside my passion for dance, I am currently pursuing my M.Sc. in Biological Sciences from the Department of Life Science at Bangalore University. I feel grateful for the opportunity to pursue both my academic and artistic passions simultaneously and hope to continue growing in both fields.

I have achieved a Distinction in the Vidvath grade exam conducted by KSEEB. Additionally, my experience as an examiner for the Junior and Senior Grade Bharathanatyam practical exams, and evaluator for the theoretical exams of the same, has equipped me with extensive knowledge and proficiency in the field of Bharathanatyam.

I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to perform at various esteemed dance festivals, such as “Hampi Utsava,” “Mysuru Dasara,” “Shringeri Utsava,” “ISKCON,” “Jalapathothsava,” and “Sankramana Festival.” Additionally, I have also performed at several programs organized by Kannada and Samskruthi Ilakhe. It is a privilege to have been able to share my love for Bharathanatyam with such diverse audiences, and I am grateful for each and every opportunity.

Currently, I have the pleasure of teaching Bharathanatyam to young and aspiring dancers at my residence in Jnanaganganagar, Bangalore. It brings me immense joy to pass on my knowledge and passion for this beautiful art form to the next generation of dancers, and to see them grow and develop their skills. It is a privilege to be able to contribute to the preservation and growth of Bharathanatyam as an art form.
